Did I ever mention this is one of the most inspiring and powerful ayat for me? You can look at it from many different perspectives, from the eye of a disbeliever against Allah, and getting that, “you can’t win against your Lord” feel or you can look at it from a believer’s perspective and realize that Your Lord is above you in every way and as amazing as your plans may seem, His plans for you are so much better because He is the All-Knowing, The All-Wise.
So let them plan, but to Allah belongs the plan entirely.
